How to Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within the time specified by the Vendor that you purchased the item from. If the Vendor allows returns, but did not specify a time period, the time period shall be thirty (30) day from date of purchase.
If the Vendor allows returns on the item you purchased you will be able to log-in to your Order Details Page and send a return request by clicking on the “Request a replacement or refund” link.
NOTE: Customers will only be able to send a return request if the vendor has Allow returns on their merchandise. Check with the vendor you purchased the item from.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music, books, software, and video games. Check with the Vendor for details.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
The Vendor may charge you a restocking fee; this will be deducted from your refund. Check with the Vendor you purchased the item from to determine their exact restocking policy.
The Vendor may offer exchanges on certain items like clothing. If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color if the Vendor allows Exchanges. Special order items and “one of a kind” items cannot be exchanged.
