Art Quilt, one of a kind.
This quilt was designed from a photo taken by Audrey Carter, a friend of mine.
The batik greens and yellows give the texture to this quilt.
The butterfly is appliqué to give the quilt dimension, her wings are not tacked down, letting her land gracefully on the flower. The thread painting and quilting add details to each flower and the butterfly.
Size 21"x25"
This piece can be used on the table, hung on the wall or framed as a work of art.
